UK relaxes skilled migration rules

The UK's new points-based immigration system has lowered the minimum income that will entitle skilled migrants to settle in the country, from £35,800 to £25,600. effective 1 December 2020. Even unskilled migrants on salaries of above £20,480 and sufficient points will be allowed into the UK and will also be entitled to settle in Britain and become citizens after six years.
